Save Default Search Parameters
We here at Xoba know that searching through your plethora of apps is time consuming - which is why we created our universal search bar. But we also know that everyone's search needs differ. So we wanted to give you more options to make Xoba work best for you. Our newest feature - being able to save default search parameters - is going to help you return your most relevant results even faster than before.
For example, we found that some of our users don’t want to search through Slack every time. Depending on the size of your organization, it can get noisy. We decided to help you cut out that noise, while allowing you to stay connected for those times you do want to search through Slack.
So, if you found yourself using the same filter parameters over and over, you can now create a default search. If you want to consistently search Google Drive results from the last week, you don’t have to click through our filters every search anymore. Simply adjust your preferences the way you want, and click the “Save as Default” button. That’s it. From now on, whether you’re searching from the web, your default Xoba tab, or our Chrome Extension, those parameters will be there every time.
