‘Wait, where did Ashley share that document with me? Was it in an email, a chat, or a calendar invite? Was it even a doc, or was it a presentation or a report?’ This question comes up multiple times a day for every professional. What do they end up doing? They go searching through their email, chat messages, and recent calendar invites. Ten minutes later, they give up and ping Ashley again, asking her to send over that same doc she shared last week. Then, Ashley has to dig it up, grab the link, and send it over. 15 minutes to get that one piece of information. And with remote work, you can’t just tap your co-worker on the shoulder anymore.
At Xoba, we’ve seen this happen too often, so we decided to come up with a solution. We built a ‘Recently Shared’ Card, which displays in a single view all of the files, documents, presentations, and more that were shared with you across all of your work applications. No more rummaging through your emails and chat messages or pinging your co-worker for the fifth time. Xoba Cards are here for you.
Once you’ve connected a supported application, Xoba will automatically add the Card to your home page and populate it with the most recently shared information across your applications. You don’t even need to lift a finger to start discovering.
This is a way better experience than Google Drive’s recently shared. It’s faster and includes all of my other applications which is an added bonus
