‘What was that document I just looked at 10 minutes ago called?!’—the standard Thursday afternoon for any professional. Today, we live in this digital age where we’re always context switching from application to application, tab to tab, document to document. No real human being can remember the names or locations of everything they look at in a given day. Heck, in an hour!
At Xoba, we found ourselves asking why can’t someone provide a single view to allow us to quickly and efficiently access all of the documents, presentations, folders, etc. we’ve been looking at over the course of our day? There wasn’t a great solution. Google Drive only shows Google Drive files, plus it’s slow and does not provide the best user experience. Confluence is even slower, and it’s hard to navigate to the ‘recently viewed’ section. After some investigation, we built our own version that streamlines the process.
Xoba’s Recently Viewed Card. Once you connect one or more supported applications (e.g. Google Drive, Confluence, OneDrive, etc.), Xoba adds this Card to your home page and automatically populates it with the files, folders, documents, etc. you’ve recently viewed across all of your applications. With a single click, you can get right back into the action.

I could never remember the name of the file I was looking at. So I’d try to use Chrome’s search bar to search for it, but it never worked. This Card eliminates the need to remember the name of the file or where it’s located. Thank you.
