When registering for Xoba, we ask for information such as your name, email address, and password. The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your web browser, your device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, and information about the way you use the Application. We also collect aggregate data regarding the webpages that visitors access on the website. The information we collect is used to improve Xoba and the quality of our service and is not shared with or sold to others.

Although Xoba owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Xoba application and website, you retain all rights to your data. Xoba will retain Personal Information we process on behalf of our customers or collect directly from our customers for as long as needed to provide Service to our customers, subject to our compliance with this Policy. We have established internal policies for the deletion of data from customer accounts following the termination of a customer’s subscription to the Service.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by deleting your account in the Application. You can also request to opt-out via email, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
