Xoba, Inc., a Delaware corporation d/b/a Xoba (“Xoba”, “Xoba Labs”, “Company”, “us” or “we”), we respect and protect the privacy of visitors to our website, www.xobalabs.com and the other websites under the xobalabs.com domain (collectively, the “Sites”), and our customers who use our application (the “App”) and services integration platform, tools, and related services (together with the Sites, the “Service”). When registering for Xoba, we ask for information such as your name, email address, and password. We also collect aggregate data regarding the webpages that visitors access on the website. The information we collect is used to improve Xoba and the quality of our service and is not shared with or sold to others.
The Company may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of the Application and website.

Although Xoba owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Xoba application and website, you retain all rights to your data. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by deleting your account in the Application. You can also request to opt-out via email, at support@xobalabs.com.
Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice identifying the categories of Personal Information which we share with our affiliates and/or third parties for marketing purposes, and providing contact information for such affiliates and/or third parties. We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@xobalabs.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes to this Policy.
